XCodeSol School Management Suite is a standalone installable school ERP built with PHP 8, MySQL 8, and React. It gives schools a complete owned platform for academic years, classes, sections, subjects, curriculum, exams, timetable, assignments, grades, admissions, student records, attendance, fees, invoices, payments, scholarships, parent portal, HR, payroll, transport, health records, library, facilities, procurement, cafeteria, security, communications, IT management, dashboards, reports, translations, role permissions, and shared-hosting installation. The package includes a browser installer, tenant-scoped database schema, migrations, JWT-authenticated REST API, RBAC-aware React frontend, and Apache routing for same-domain deployment.

Use of XCodeSol School Management Suite requires a valid XCodeSol account and an active lifetime license for one production installation unless a separate written agreement allows additional installations. The package may be installed on domains allowed by the activation and delivery policy. Sharing customer credentials, redistributing the installable ZIP, reselling the package, or bypassing marketplace access controls is not permitted.
The one-time $199 lifetime license provides access to the application package and update entitlement according to the purchase terms. Optional monthly support covers installation help, activation assistance, configuration guidance, compatibility triage, and update support while active.
School operators remain responsible for student data accuracy, staff permissions, backups, hosting security, payment configuration, local education compliance, privacy notices, tax rules, and any regulatory workflows configured inside the application.

XCodeSol School Management Suite is delivered through the XCodeSol marketplace. The marketplace may process customer account details, checkout identifiers, license records, download events, support entitlement, domain or installation metadata, and package version records needed to sell and deliver the application.
After installation, school operational data such as students, parents, staff, attendance, grades, invoices, payments, health records, library records, transport records, security logs, communications, reports, and settings is stored in the customer-hosted MySQL database unless the school exports it or enables external services.
The application does not collect payment card details inside the school installation. Payment processing for marketplace purchases is handled by XCodeSol payment providers. School fee payment gateway configuration is managed by the school administrator.
