XCodeSol MillFlow ERP
XCodeSol MillFlow ERP is an industrial WordPress admin application for flour mills. It manages weighbridge entries, wheat purchasing, finished goods production, bag stock, inventory movements, customer and supplier parties, ledgers, reporting, offline-first sync, audit history, and role-based capabilities. The plugin includes remote XCodeSol license activation, signed validation, local grace handling, and locked API access until a valid license is activated.
Terms
Use of XCodeSol MillFlow ERP requires a valid XCodeSol account and an active lifetime plugin license for the installation domain. The plugin may be installed only on domains allowed by the activation policy. Sharing license credentials, bypassing validation, or distributing activated copies is not permitted.
The one-time license provides plugin access and update entitlement according to the purchase terms. Monthly support is optional and covers installation help, activation assistance, configuration guidance, compatibility triage, and update support while active.
Mill owners remain responsible for verifying operational records, weights, production entries, stock values, accounting exports, regulatory compliance, backups, and staff permissions configured inside WordPress.
Privacy
XCodeSol MillFlow ERP validates plugin licensing through XCodeSol over HTTPS. The plugin may send the license key or license hash, domain, installation identifier, plugin version, WordPress version, PHP version, validation fingerprint, and checksum.
Operational ERP data such as parties, ledger entries, weighbridge slips, inventory records, production batches, and reports stays in the WordPress database unless the site owner exports it or enables external integrations. XCodeSol does not collect payment card details inside WordPress.
License cache records, activation status, validation events, and update checks may be stored locally to support signed validation and short offline grace periods.
